 curtis courtney the boss the man in charge, the one that holds the money and gives the jobs. leader of the riders. used to be a military medic, served with riley. left the military when riley was discharged and turned to crime to help pay her medical bills. |
 riley sloane the pilot keeps everything in the riders from falling apart. curt's right hand and visibly the more competent of the two. a trained military pilot, disease had her discharged. loyal to a fault but absolutely ruthless when needed. |

 james honeysett "fury"; the demolition no job is too big. james is a fan of going above and beyond expectations during jobs, excelling in any path he takes. actively works as the weapons handler and demolition specialist for the riders all while being attached at the hip to casey. |
 casey vasquez "trigger"; the sniper recon and cover. as adept with a bolt action rifle as she is in counter strike. grew up in paleto bay with james and made a living pushing drugs on the streets. got picked up by riley after casing the riders stock for their own. |

 luke pennock "dire"; the distraction hired gun. brought into the riders for his various skills in multiple different divisions. weapons, vehicles, explosions, reconnaissance, information, luke has his thumb in every pie. wanted dead by a vast majority of other syndicates. |
 "jinhai" "kittentits"; the broker no details are known of jinhai's life before the riders which is entirely his own doing. he's their contact point, the one who makes their deals, and keeps the riders relations solid. invaluable, infuriating, and always on his phone. |
